Founded in 1967, the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children is the only agency in Wisconsin that provides a full range of specialized early intervention services designed to meet the unique needs of children under the age of seven who are blind or visually impaired.

The Center is a not-for-profit agency funded by United Way, state and county programs, private insurance, service clubs, foundations, corporations and individuals.
